Life long friends Andrew Gower and Webbo (James Webster) have been writing music together since they were 15yrs old at school in Warrington.
They formed GUSTAFFSON in 2012 when Andrew was living in Manchester, as a home for their songwriting.
In April 2022 they recorded their very first four track EP with ELBOW’s Craig Potter at the iconic Blue Print Studios in Manchester.
The EP, called ‘The Jacaranda’, will launch on the 19th August 2022.
‘The Jacaranda’ will include four original songs of the many Gustaffson have been developing for the past 10yrs. The Jacaranda club in Liverpool is the inspiration for the record and a place Andrew would go and write music as a teenager.
It feels incredibly fitting and they are honoured to pay homage to such a famous music venue through this record.
